The Rope Heavy gigas Heavy Rope is a Rope For Cross Training that favors muscle development while performing one of the most complete exercises, jumping to Rope!  

The Rope with weight comes with 1 5 mm cable easily interchangeable thanks to Turn system with quick hitch. High speed bearings in their mangoes allow you to train both speed and strength. Thanks to its ergonomic design it provides you with a simpler grip with a lower workload. 

It has 1kg of total weight, corresponding to 450 grams per handle and 100 grams cable. There is the possibility of extracting the inner area with an Allen key to train lighter and take muscles on forearms, shoulders and twins.  

You can also change the 5mm cable for another 3 or 7 mm to train with different intensities. Cables available for purchase separately.
