Composition: 

- Immediate drying: After each use, open the pimples completely and place them in a well ventilated area. Let them dry completely before saving them.

- External cleaning: use a damp cloth with neutral soap to clean the surface of the pimples and eliminate remains of sweat or dirt. Avoid aggressive chemicals that can damage the material.

- Adequate storage: save the pimples in a dry and fresh place, away from light solar direct and moisture. Never leave the pimples inside the training bag for a long time, since the lack of ventilation favors the proliferation of bacteria and bad odors.

- Avoid unnecessary blows: do not use the pimples against abrasive surfaces or hit it with objects not designed for martial arts training, since this can affect your padded and structure.

- Regular disinfection: For deep hygiene, apply a specific antibacterial spray for sports equipment or use non -alcohol disinfectant wipes to avoid the deterioration of the material.

- Do not immerse it in water: never wash the pimples in washing machine or submerges in water, since this can affect the integrity of the filling and reduce its impact absorption capacity.

- Replacement for wear: If you notice that the padding has lost its firmness or that the structure of the pimples has suffered damage, considers replacing them to maintain optimal protection.
