In Picsil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return or change process under the following conditions:

  • CHANGES

    Do you need to make a change?

    You can request it without additional cost, either for another size or a different article.

  • Returns

    If you need to return your order, don't worry. In PICSIL we offer you a simple, clear and accessible return process, so you can manage any incidence without complications.

  • Cost and term

    You can return your order within the 30 days after your reception.
    Returns have a cost from 2,99 €.
  • Article conditions

    Articles must be in Perfect conditions, without signs of use, odors or washing. It is essential that they be returned in their Original packaging, inside a bag or protective box.
  • Exclusions

    No personalized articles are accepted.

IMPORTANT:

Returns will not be admitted if the products arrive without the right packaging or with the label of the carrier attached directly on the original packaging of the article.

How long do I have to return or change?

Have 30 days From the date you received your order to request a return or change.

Are the size changes free?

Yes, we have the option of change for another article or size for free.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within a period of 30 days From the reception of your order. To make the return valid, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in Perfect condition, without using and in its original packaging.
  • Include labels, accessories and any other element with which it was sent.
  • Do not apply to custom products, for obvious reasons.

If the product presents a factory defect, we offer you a solution without additional cost.

What products can I not change?

We do not accept changes in Personalized products nor in those who have been used or damaged after the purchase.
