Types of use

Grips Heron Grips V2: designed to extend your sets in Cross Training workouts. They perform at their best on any bar, rough or smooth, with or without chalk, ensuring total control in every movement.

Care

Wash the backpack and belt with cold water, no dryer or bleach.
Clean the Grips by hand with cold water and mild soap, no washing machine or dryer.
Store the Rope in its carrying bag, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
