- Proper storage: Store the Rope in its carrying bag to protect it from moisture, dust, and potential damage. Avoid leaving it exposed to the sun or in humid places.

- Regular cleaning: Clean the handles and cable with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals, as they may damage the materials.

- Cable inspection: Periodically check the condition of the cable and, if you notice wear or damage, replace it to prevent breakage during training.

- Cable adjustment: Make sure to adjust the cable correctly in the head using the set screw. If you make frequent adjustments, check that it is well secured to prevent it from loosening during use.

- Avoid abrasive surfaces: Use the Rope on smooth surfaces to prolong the cable's lifespan and prevent premature wear.

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over 60€, with a delivery time of 24-48h for Spain, and 3-5 days for all of Europe and International.
