Its structure combines an EVA Foam core, which provides rigidity and support, with a perforated 3D Mesh fabric exterior that improves breathability and helps prevent sweat accumulation. This combination allows you to train with greater safety and comfort, even during the most demanding sessions.

The ergonomic design adapts to the body's contour and helps maintain a stable position in exercises such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, and other strength movements. Unlike other more rigid belts, this Cross Training belt offers the perfect balance between support and freedom of movement.
